Hotel Cacao

The information staffs at the counter were very kind and accommodating, they listened to my requests well. They helped us to get taxi. The room was also clean and we liked that it looked exactly like the pictures. The towels were also generously provided, so we had a very comfortable stay. Although, the staffs didn't speak much English, they explained things clearly with words and gestures, which was great. There were many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores around, which was very convenient.

location is very good. Place is very clean, staffs ask me if i want my room cleaned up. Also staff lent me their big umbrella when there was heavy rain. I like how the hotel manages hygiene really well. There was not at all bugs in the room versus many other hotels, I could find dust, spider webs, bugs, fruit flies and mosquitos. I find thatosquitos fly well via vents in the bathroom from outside in most properties in Korea (one rooms, villas, short buildings) but Hotel Caocao is able to keep its rooms dust-free and bug-free. Very nice to have stayed for 3 weeks in Cacao. PLEASANT!

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were so friendly, the rooms were so clean and spacious and the location was great! In England you would pay £100 just for 1 night in a place like this!!

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They stored our bike boxes for our return, accommodated our late checkout request and organised a taxi van to the airport for us. Room was large and clean with a spa bath. Good choice of restaurants nearby.

Very nice hotel, nicely located near a subway station and many convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would 100% recommend
